By january next year do you mean january 2025 or january 2026? (excuse me if I'm making a dumb question) Cause if its the later rather than the former then a list NOW would be kinda pointless in the sense that more stuff like gpus, ssds, cases etc etc will come out so the whole build is subject to change almost 100% (also id go for a 9800x3d but whatever floats your boat on that one but we arent 100% sure that you wont need to tweak windows for support like the 7900x3d needs)

I edit my posts for so if you saw a typo.... no you didn't, you are just crazy

Are you certain that you will spend $5,000? I am from Europe, so I know how prices go. But if you ask me, I don't think you will need anything better than the Ryzen 7 9800x3D, but yeah, it's up to you. You can also wait for Ryzen 9900x3D and see benchmarks. For previous generations of X3D chips, it was Ryzen 7 that outperformed Ryzen 9, but maybe AMD with Ryzen 9900x3D will fix that, who knows. Wait for reviews and benchmarks before you buy it. Also, if you are buying in January, look for the NVIDIA 5000 series if you are already spending this kind of money. RTX 5090 should be revised around that time, in early 2025. Also, your SSD can be better for that budget. Why did you go with GEN 4 if you are spending $5,000 on a PC? Go with a Gen 5 SSD drive. Go with a Gen 5 SSD drive. Go with crucial t700. Or meaby in january samsung will release theyr GEN 5 competition drives.

Also, you REALLY dont need a 500EUR motherboard, youre spending about 300EUR you dont need to, and Corsair Titanium RAM? Mostly just why? How does it benefit you over standard 6000CL30 ram? And for CPU, the above comments cover this

Heres an upgrade with the same parts pretty much 9800X3D instead and its 700EUR less

Also, why do you need a 3.5K upgrade to play BO6 and PUBG, theyre somewhat easy to run compared to a lot of other games, i reckon you could get away with a 7500F, 7800xt and B650 for less than 1K for a significant upgrade to your playing experience

System specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D [-30 PBO all core]

GPU: Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX NITRO+

Motherboard: MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB 32GB 6000MHz CL32 DDR5

Storage: 2TB SN850X, 1TB SN850 w/ heatsink, 500GB P5 Plus (OS Storage)

Case: 5000D AIRFLOW

Cooler: Thermalright Frost Commander 140

PSU: Corsair RM850e

Case Fans: Fractal Prisma (120 x6, 140 x3) + 2x40mm fans

You really don't need the 9900X3D for gaming, the 9800X3D is going to perform about the same. You should also get a different 4090, the strix 4090 is literally the best version, and is cheaper

Thanks for the sugestion than i will go with that

yeah i know the current prizes but it dosn´t matter and yeah i wanted to wait and see the 9900X3D thats why i´m buying in january when the cpu arrives
The SSD are from another PC and were on sale when i bought them and i think they are fine as far as i know is the diffrence between GEN 4 and 5 not that big

1) alright that means making a list now is a good thing at least imo so gimme a few mins

2) At least I am not sure if you will need to tweak anything im saying there is the possibility that you might need to do it since the 7900x3d had this issue (personally id just stick to the 9800x3d such its a beefed up 7800x3d which makes it outright the new king)

The RAM is because i think they look Good and nothing more and i opened the topic because i wanted advise for my Motherboard because thats the only big think that i don´t know what to by if it´s an B650 or x670 or x670E or x860 and what there else is and the games where an example i play most games from simulator to shoter to what not

Honestly itll probably follow the 7800x3d path of having a cpu one tier above but ultimately just being the best option as it would more stable use less power and offer the same if not more perfomance.

The build ill send will use a 9800x3d but you can substitute that

I didnt change much. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/OmegaTheMan/saved/gKHx23

I put a 4090 with a sligthly higher core clock (you can change it if you liked the look of the previous one more) AND changed the ram cause personally ive seen trident Z5 work better with amd cpus and I personally think it looks cooler than corsair ram while being a bit cheaper. Ideally id like another Mobo as well but the one you chose is perfectly fine and your case compliments its features so instead of switching both for my liking i left them as is.
