Desktop freezing

I have been having this issue for a couple of days now but today it suddenly became a lot worse. Sometimes my pc would just glitch out and have random lag where I would be getting 40 fps in games like Minecraft and valorant at 80% gpu usage. Today when I restarted my pc everything is now frozen apart from my mouse where I can open apps but they do not load and I cannot restart my computer

As well the power button on my case doesn’t turn it off but only the direct psu switch.

• Have you checked the event viewer for any errors/warnings?
• Have you checked the device manager for any warnings?
• Are the drivers up to date?
• Do you have the latest bios?
• Have you done a memtest?
• What's the health of the drives? Check the SMART table with CrystalDiskInfo for example. Post a screenshot of it here.

I have a AMD Ryder 7 5800x3d 8core processor, a Rx 7700xt, and 16gb of DDR4. Also I cannot install crystal disk nor me test because the pc cannot open google and while my internet speed is at 16gb it doesn’t download nor upload at all
