I'm not entirely familiar with what twinmotion is but what I saw was that it was VR rendering. 

Intel CPUs tend to be better at that so I went with the 14400F instead of the 5700X.

You might also want to consider buying a used GPU. for high end specs you need 12 gb of vram and a 20,000 bench score. 

I know AMD is worse at rendering but you should look at the 6700 XT on local marketplaces like fb marketplace or look for a 6700 XT on German eBay.
