Borderless flashing issue when clicking

Go to solution Solved by Guest,

A single reddit post saved me. I was almost going insane.

Solution:
"1. Press the keyboard `Win` key + `R`, and type `regedit`, then press Enter. You will see the [registry editor](https://www.wikihow.com/Open-Regedit) opens.

"2. Type in the top area address bar `HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\` or manually expand the left tree view to the path.

"3. Find in the right pane for `HungAppTimeout`, select and right-click it, then click the delete option from the context menu.

"4. Restart your computer. And voilà."

Recently I tried out some more Windows tweaker programs (not just Win11Debloater) and now any borderless window flashes when clicking like 30% of the time, it happens 90% of the time when I hold control for some reason.
I believe it may be a problem with Ultimate Windows Tweaker but I can't find a solution, I've tested combinations of disabling different tweaks in UWT, disabled v-sync in the Nvidia Control panel.
Reinstalling Windows isn't a viable option. Also I don't want to exclusively switch to borderless just because of a small issue.

I did recently clone my SSD onto a new NVMe so that might be a problem but I had no problems up until I used UWT. I will mention I have 2 recovery partitions, I don't know if that's normal or not.

Specifications:
Ryzen 5 3600
Asus A520-PLUS WIFI
Asus RTX 3050
Ballistix 2x8GB 3600MHz
Kingston 256GB NVMe (Where OS is installed)
Samsung EVO 860 500GB (Storage)

A more in-depth explanation of what is specifically happening when I click:

The window will flash out of view for a frame showing my taskbar and my wallpaper, sometimes it shows the taskbar for a few more frames.
In the taskbar on my left monitor the application appears to be closing and opening quickly, bouncing up and down because I have animations enabled.
Disabling borderless fullscreen and using traditional fullscreen fixes the issue but I don't like how the window closes fully when I click out of it.

If anyone else is having this problem (which lets assume anyone searching this online will have a chance of finding this) this might be a solution:
https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5157

You can also use compatibility settings for the program and set it to window 8, I believe it is a graphics driver problem.
