A did a build for a friend of mine recently who is streaming. Everything about the PC works great and they're very happy except for one thing, Bluetooth. The motherboard comes with Bluetooth 5.3 according to the specs and the drivers provided by the manufacturer's site were installed, however everything refuses to connect via Bluetooth. I've tried completely removing the basic drivers, installing the ones from the manufacturer, updates and restarting and am not sure where to go from here. I've put a link to the board below. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Would like to get this resolved for them.

Maybe a silly question, but did you attach the antennas? I could see someone leaving them off because they don't plan to use the WIFI. Could make the difference.

For my ASUS TUF B650 PLUS WIFI, The WIFI antenna is also the WIFI dongle / antenna.

If you haven't plugged this in then try that.

My Bluetooth wouldn't work at all without the WIFI antenna.

Not a bad question at all, but yes the antenna it connected and they do use wireless.

I did find this thread (maybe you did too). I think it applies to a different revision of the board, but people were providing different links to drivers that others seemed to have success with. Including going to Aorus' website, vs Gigabytes, and vice versa. Perhaps worth a skim.

Otherwise, if you can't find alternate drivers, my next guess would just be a hardware issue.

Seems you're not the only one with this issue.

Good luck!
