What is your PC's specs?

We don't know what to do without knowing what motherboard you are using. I also suggest reviewing your motherboard's manual to identify what the error codes mean.

Don't tell me to upgrade. I would've done so if I could.

Which yellow light ?

Which motherboard is this ?
Take a picture as clear and as close as possible to the location of the yellow light.

It could be a variety of things, like the CPU, the GPU and the RAM.

You say you tested someone's GPU in your PC. Your PC worked fine before this test ? Did it work during the test as well ? Did it only start to fail AFTER the test ?

If it only started happening after the test... Could probably be GPU related, like you did not insert the PCI-e power connector in the GPU fully. Or you messed up something trying to reinsert the GPU into the PCI-e slot.

If it worked fine before, did not work during and still does not work after... There's a possibility that your friend's card tried to draw too much power and busted your PSU. Though I would not expect this to happen normally. Except maybe with a doorstop firehazard PSU.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x / GPU: Asus Radeon RX 6750XT OC 12GB / RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4-3200
MOBO: MSI B450m Gaming Plus / NVME: Corsair MP510 240GB / Case: TT Core v21 / PSU: Seasonic 750W / OS: Win 10 Pro

So their computer wasn't working, so you took the GPU out of their system and put it in yours and now your system is doing the same thing? What are the full system specs? CPU, GPU, Ram, PSU, etc?

Have you already tried doing a CMOS reset?
