Game controller help for mobile gaming

Ok, so I have been doing research on game controllers and I have seen LTT’s video abut it as well, noting that the 8bitdo ultimate 2c stands up to its name, however, upon further research, its compatibility with iOS/iPadOS over bluetooth seems suspect. While asking for recommendations on reddit, I was pointed towards the sony dualsense, however, it seem to have an issue of being rather expensive compared to the 8bitdo one, being available to buy directly in india unlike 8bitdo, who I will have to as for my dad to pick up when he goes to america this december. 

TLDR: ( it isn’t really too long though)

1. Does the 8BitDo ultimate 2c work over bluetooth with iOS and more importantly with NBA2K25

2. If it does not, then what’s a good controller in a similar price range that is plug and play with windows over bluetooth and usb, has good latency, hall effect everything and again, works with iOS/iPadOS using bluetooth to be used to play apple arcade games
