my cpu keeps reching 95 celius win i play games the cpu is a intel i7-13620h 

me gpu is a nvidia gforce rtx 4070 laptop gpu

and 32 gb of ram

i got a laptop fan to put under it

but it is not working well

under heavy gaming loads temperatures up to about 95*C are expected, if system encounters excessive temperatures that could damage the hardware, it will automatically shut down to protect the components from becoming damaged

you should specify, that Laptops and space heaters from Intel are more prone to this

 

in this case both using space heater from Intel, crammed inside a plastic box or Laptop with tiny heatpipes and heatsinks and fans, one cooling pad won't really do much, but of course it can still help, as the more heat gets removed the less hardware needs to throttle.
