AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core, 16-Thread

OR

AMD Ryzen 7 9700X 3.8 GHz 8-Core 16 Thread

Which should I get just for Gaming Purposes only? Please explain why 😁

Massive price difference. System budget and resolution matter.

7800X3D is faster in games, but 9700X is way better value for close performance, especially if you're GPU limited at high resolution

The memory kit is not compatible with the CPU cooler & case combination.

If budget is immaterial, the 7800X3D would be the better choice. If budget matters the 9700X will provide good gaming for a lot less. Also replace the NH-D15 with a Peerless Assassin 120 SE, still have to choose different memory.

Not 7800x3D, its no longer properly available at the prices it was 4-5 months ago. Its fantastic but its effectively been discontinued. If you're OK with paying the price that's being asked today for it, wait for 9800x3D.

Otherwise a 9700x will get you nearly there and is widely available.
