Hello guys, planning to upgrade my gpu, for now i have the ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 DUAL OC V2, and i have i7 13700k, i play on 1080p, and want to get max performance from my components, for example when playing tarkov my cpu load is like 30%, and gpu runs at 100% everytime, and its almost the same on every game, what would be the best option ? im thinking about 4080 super, or 4070 ti

It really depends on your budget!

The 4080 Super is a fantastic GPU.  I have a 4080 and I absolutely love it!

Both the 4080 Super and 4070 Ti Super will pair very well with the 13700k for gaming.

what is your budget? If you want to save money, you may want to go and and get a 7900 xt or xtx. Unless you like Nvidia and ray tracing/dlss.

your CPU doesn't run at 100% because it has 16 cores and 24 threads total, not every game can utilize this many threads, and not completely,

your GPU runs on 100% because you're running at unlocked fps in most of your games, and yes it is bit weaker for the 13th gen i7,

For a reasonable upgrade I wouldn't go below RTX 4070 or RX 6800 (XT)/7800 XT

do you plan to go higher resolution (1440p) anytime in the future?

was that an answer to the last question or general agreement with my comment?

if it was an answer to last question, consider GPU VRAM size as another aspect.
