PC doesn't power on correctly

Important note: the RAM and Mobo in the part picker list are not what I have. I do have an A320M Mobo and 16GB of 3200 RAM, but they are from AliExpress and the branding isn't available on the website.

My PC doesn't power on properly after shutting down. It shuts down, and pressing the power button doesn't do anything, no fans, no lights, no display, no power at all. In order to turn it back on, I have to flip the power switch on my PSU to off, hit the PC power button, and then upon flipping the PSU power switch back to the on position, the PC powers back on.

I've tested the PSU, the power button itself on the Case front IO, replaced the CMOS battery, reseated literally everything (components and cables) multiple times, even pulled the motherboard out of the case and examined it for damage (none seen), then tried it outside of the case, same result.

I know this has cheap parts from some less than reputable brands, but outside of maybe the motherboard, everything seems to be working fine. Any thoughts on what could be causing this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated!

It might have somthing to do with the parts from aliexpress...

are you sure the a320m is something not "industrial"? industrial stuff often works differently to match their special needs
