Hello everyone.
I had some trouble with windows 11 last update.
Had to reset cmos, so had to reapply all my undervolt

 

I have for now all core -30, two best at -15

ppt 80 limit 80

On cinebench my cpu doesn't boost anymore.

power is max performance

cpu wont boost

on cinebench high prio, I only use 4120mhz all cores.
running at 41 degrees, ambiant temp is low

 

B650 Aoruse elite ax

4070 super

32gb 6000mhz Expo enabled

When you reset the CMOS, did you flash a newer BIOS ? I assume no, but asking to be sure.

If the only thing that changed is a Windows update, I'd try to roll back that particular update. Remember to pause the windows updates when you do that so the update won't reinstall right away.

As for the 7800x3D, I'm not familiar with this processor. If rolling back the windows update did not bring back the boost, then maybe there is an option in the BIOS that got disabled when you reset the CMOS.

Yes I think maybe an option got changed but I didn't touched anything apart from pbo and expo and ppt, so I can't see what could have changed without knowing what could cause it, I tried enabling pbo2 but it still doesn't boost
