So I wanted to buy two sticks of CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 64GB (2 x 32GB). I currently have CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2 x 16GB) and am using the GIGABYTE Z790 AORUS ELITE AX motherboard. Would it be fine if I used the two 32GB sticks and the 2 16GB sticks at the same time. The 32GB sticks are 6400MHz while the 16GB are 6000MHz but I'm fine running both at 6000. Would it be fine if I just added both sets to my system.

We need more information (what CPU and what timings), but probably not. Running 4 DIMMs of DDR5 is finicky at best when using the exact same memory, let alone mixing dual rank and single rank sticks like you're trying to do. Given there are CPUs that can't boot above DDR5 6000 when using 2x32GB sticks, getting this memory config to work at 6000 is probably a longshot.

If you need 96GB of RAM, buy a 96GB kit. If you don't, just run the 64GB kit by itself.
