So, I recently asked what I should upgrade, and allot of people said CPU cooler and some also said other things.  In order to get both I've decided to instead get a new quieter fan for my hyper 212 evo.  There are several options at this new place I'm trying to buy from.  There are these fans there that I might get:

Scythe Gentle Typhoon AP-14 (cheapest)

Noctua NF-F12

Corsair SP 120 quiet edition

For my case fans, there are also several options:

Bitfenix Spectre Pro 120mm

Corsair AF 120 quiet edition

Noctua NF-F12

Fractal Design Silent Fan

I'm not sure how the hell these compare, its my first time ever shopping for fans.  So, I'm not sure what to get.  I've heard good things about them all.  Although, I was surprised they had Gentle Typhoons in stock since I couldn't find them anywhere else in NZ

Get GTs across the board, and buy some extra and sell them for loads of money when they come out of stock on the whole planet :D

Nahh, I wont buy them and take advantage of people.  I think everyone needs a chance.  But thanks for your input :D

I highly recommend AP-14's, especially if it's the cheapest option. They'll be the quietest out of all those options

Okay guys, I'll get the Gentle Typhoons, I'll get one 1450rpm and one 800rpm, they are rare now days (Gentle Typhoons) but I'm going to get one of each and see which one I like best, I'll go with the 800rpm fans for the case fans since I wont need anything above 800rpm.

If I am unable to get the GTs for some reason I will get either Noctua fans or Corsair Fans.  Probably Corsair fans because Noctua's are crazy expensive here.
