I built a gaming pc and it works good but I am new to the building process. I’m hoping for some advice on my cpu settings and gpu settings so I get the best gaming experience with what I have. I have done no overclocking.
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x

GPU: Nvidia GeForce 3050 RTX 6GB

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GBx2

Motherboard: ASRock B550m Pro 4

GPU drivers, AMD Chipset drivers (easily done with AMD Adrenalin software), XMP on and perhaps if you have better cooler than stock, simply turning on PBO,

from then it's as simple as keeping things like Windows up to date for the most part.

Also checking BIOS version and seeing how old it is is a good idea, as well as updating it if it is old.

There's also handful of YouTube tutorials that go over setting up Windows, with things like several settings disabling, because they're not relevant for 95% of the users. That's not really that important or impactful, but it is something that can be done.

And as far as Power Plan goes, it can be left on default, because when you're in game, the Power Plan being Max Performance won't really boost anything, since the CPU is already boosting because of the game requiring it's resources already.
