Waterbottle and backpack feedback

Just received my order last week and have some perhaps useful input

 

The small carabiner zipper thingies are super neat, but I noticed the "tooth" is very sharp on the edges, so if you bend the carabiner to the side a bit a sharp bit is exposed and can hurt a bit when unzipping in the wrong way. 

 

The lower inner edges of the water bottle lid (side ledges) are very sharp from the injection molding, making it uncomfortable to carry in certain positions. 

 

Thanks for otherwise excellent products, nerver has such a superb insulted bottle before, not to mention the backpack

I honestly thought my lid was a bad one because it was very uncomfortable to carry over a liter on the carrying handle but I didn't wanna complain and ship anything from Canada to Europe and back. 
Is the carabiner the old or new design? It's hard to judge the color in that picture? I haven't heard of any replacement for my backpack carabieners, yet. And I thought they'd start shipping in spring this year
