Hey guys! I'm planning a build for within the next few months. I built my last PC around 2014, so I'm a bit out of touch when it comes to modern parts. That being said, I made this parts list, and I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 3D Gaming, Game Development, 3D modeling, video rendering

Let me know what you think! Thanks!

Do you have a budget?  Do you do the productivity for a job, or just for fun?

Your AIO is overpriced by 200%.   The motherboard should be around $200.

RAM should be 6000CL30 for Ryzen.

GPU is way overpriced even for being White, and underpowered for the 1440p 240Hz monitor you chose.  With your budget, you can fit a 4080 Super in there.

So you're basically $800-$1000 overspend, IMO.

Completely agreed, unless your doing super high workloads that need all 16 cores, you should definitely go with a 7800x3d or 7900 equivalent

I'm an indie developer, but it isn't my main gig. I don't really have a budget; I'm planning to save up for a few months to build this.

Thanks for all the tips! With this advice, I was somehow able to reduce the overall cost by $100 and still have room for a 4080 Super. I also decided to go with just a 1TB SSD to start off with, knowing that I can expand later. My only problem with this list is that my cpu fan doesn't really fit the aesthetic, do you have any recommendations for the white theme I'm going for?

Here's my new list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Kvbd34

Yes, the Peerless Assassin performs the same as the Noctua.... and that CPU is pretty efficient as well...
