I have a ryzen 5 7600 for my CPU and 6700xt for my GPU. After doing a Windows update all my games are stuttering for some reason. I cleaned out my PC to make sure that dust wasn't the problem but its a fairly new PC so it wasn't a huge issue. The main problem is that when I booted up AMD Adrenalin to check my CPU temps, it was reading 0 Celsius but the usage was around 30% when using a web browser. Could the problem be the CPU cooling system or something else? Any help is appreciated.

0 degrees Celsius? That's odd. What cooler are you using?

Outside of that, I suggest you run Disk Clean-Up, "sfc /scannow" in Command Prompt, and running Windows Update (and whatever software you use for your GPU drivers). If that doesn't work, try a reinstall.

Don't tell me to upgrade. I would've done so if I could.

I did notice my sleep option is gone and the PC is not recognizing my monitor as a speaker anymore.

windows update likely messed something up... so download DDU, remove the AMD driver completely and then install a new one from the AMD website.
