Are the monitors included in the budget?

What kind of content is being worked on? Programs being used?

Why that case?

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

For not a too much more you could get something like a haf stacker, or for a decent amount less you could get the cooler master haf xb evo. Unless those are too big of course. Just thinking that if your doing video editing and 3d design and stuff you might want a bigger case because those things require a powerful computer....I think. Not to mention storage, heat, cable management. Finally, its hard for me to tell from the pictures but that case has got to be limited on the size of the power supply, especially for a budget build if you don't get a modular psu. Looks like a nice case for a LAN box though.

Again I could be completely wrong, a bit new at building computers myself :P

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs

did realize the amount of power I would need for vid editing and 3D modeling/design. but i edited the post. but I really want to make a build with this case. just love the form factor and sheer size. I could go with an HTCP but I just don't like the way they are idk. just need some help

A US$850 gaming, video editing, and 3D modeling system is not really achievable if it must include the specified case and dual monitors. The specified psu is SFX while the case requires an ATX format psu. Given the case design WiFi may be problematic. Likely one would have to remove the top cover and have an antenna sticking above the sides - which would ruin the appearance.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

If you like that form factor check out the Silverstone Raven. It costs the exact same price as well as being a 90degree atx case. I too love 90degree ATX. Its a shame ATX isn't laid out more properly for cooling :\

Anyways, I'm certain there's a few budget builds that would fit in the raven, if your willing to accept its size which doesn't appear to be that big

I really don't think 450 watts is going to be enough power for decent sli. I could be wrong however. That's a weird power supply.
