Computer randomly shutting off

Not exactly sure what is wrong, but my computer will randomly turn off then boot up again without warning. It will do this usually when there isn’t much load (like browsing the interwebs or downloading a game). 

 

Specs:

 

AORUS Z390 Pro WiFi

 

i7-9700k

 

8GB DDR4 3000mhz RAM (x3) Vengeance

 

8GB DDR4 3200mhz RAM (x1) Vengeance

 

GTX 1080 8GB

 

550w PSU

 

 

It has been like this for months, please help!

don’t feel like getting my tools out to take off shroud thingy, but i have an old picture (attached).

 

soz for poor quality, this was a while back from when i had an awful aerocool cylon case.
