Post Dominator Tree

Anyone got a good link explaining how to derive a Post Dominator Tree from a Control Flow Graph, for the building of a Control Dependence Graph?

 

I can't seem to get my head around the example in my lecture notes.

Oh how i love the static/dynamic analysis of software . . actually no i hate graphing things.

I'm just a soul who is up to no good.
