Bootable usb + bootloop cant get into windows 10 setup

I got a Bootable flashdrive and m.2 ssd and SATA 128GB and i cant boot properly it just bootlooping every time i cant get to windows installation setup it just keep restarting ive already done TS

-Enable CSM

-bootable win10 rufus MBR 

-Bios set to default 

-Reformat SSD and m.2

-Removing cmos battery 

-Reseat RAM

-unplug -plug Psu connectors

The first thing I would do is remove all drives except the one that has the Operating System.

Secondly exclude everything unidentifiable or unesicary boot option in the BIOS.

 

See if you're able to finish the Windows install now.
