Gtx 1070ti

Hi built my own gaming pc AMD Ryzen 5 3600 with 32 gigs of ram and graphics card is gtx 1070ti. When iam playing Fortnite I have a CPU usage of 46 percent and GPU 43 percent does this mean I have a bottleneck also my frame  time is less spikey with a frame time of 16.6ms.

 

Playing euro Truck Simulator 2 but the frame time is 16.6ms but it's really spikey too and the CPU usage is low but the GPU usage is high. 

 

Is this card not suitable for this machine?. I have attached a pic on what I mean too.

16.6ms is 60FPS.

 

You have Vsync or another frame rate cap turned on i suspect?

 

Looking at your post history you seem to be obsessed with bottlenecks....a 1070ti and 3600 is a pretty sensible combination stop worrying about it.

@Bagzie  Now I read it does sound like iam obsessed with bottlenecking but I read stuff online as newbie to pc building and then I look at my set-up and games  then  I look at how each game plays then I thought there was a issue with my set-up. Thanks
