Wrong PSU cables used?

Bad power strip / wall socket?

Bad case you're building in?

A dead fan causing the boards to fail boot?

What do you think about an exorcism ? (just kidding :-p)

Try running your computer outside the case and install only the PSU, the motherboard, the CPU and the RAM. I forgot that you also need a GPU since your CPU has no onboard graphics.

If you can't get your computer to boot into BIOS, there is a core component faulty. Then try testing your components one by one into another computer until you find the culprit.

Good luck !
