Thermal pad thickness?

Hello Guys, 

 

I have a laptop and I want to change my thermal pads and I know that one has to be 0.5 mm thickness, one 0.3 mm thickness and the last one has to be 0.7 mm thickness. I tried finding those thicknesses on Amazon, but there are only from 0.5 mm and up. So my question is do u think it will brake my laptops thermals if I just use 0.5 mm for the 0.3 mm and 1.0 mm for the 0.7 mm? I need to change them out because my laptop is thermal throttling like crazy.

Depending on what's inside the laptop thermal throttling migbt be inevitable.
