Hello,

I've been having a on and off WHEA Logger 1 Error that I can not seem to solve. It occurs a couple times for a short period then goes long lengths without appearing. It has occured when gaming, when just watching youtube or even at windows lockscreen on boot.

Build Info:

  • GPU: EVGA Nvidia RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra 10G
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800x
  • Motherboard: MSI B550 Gaming Plus
  • Ram: Corsair 3200MHz (2 x 16GB) CMK32GX4M2E3200C16
  • PSU: Corsair RM1000x 2021 Version.

Troubleshooting I've done:

  • Clearing CMOS
  • Updating Bios
  • Reapplying Thermal paste and verifying no overheating.
  • Reseating Cables
  • Swappin PSU with Known Good One
  • Updating Chipset
  • DDU-ing and trying older GPU drivers (incase)
  • Tested Ram with Memtest86
  • Swapping / reseating sticks
  • Testing with one ram stick
  • Tried to used a lower PBO Eco mode to see if lower limits helped
  • Tried raising VSOC slightly
  • Tried Rasing Vcore slightly
  • Reverted to Default Bios settings and CMOS reset again

After all this, it still occurs.

I do not have another system or anything to test anything further that way unfortunately.

Here is the info for the latest error in event viewer.
