So I'm new here and have never posted in a forum but anyways, here's my problem. I have a MSI stealth 15m a11uek, the problem is that out of the blue it started having problems booting up. When I press the power button the keyboard turns on yet the display remains black, after a bit It may turn on completely but then it restarts and goes into recovery mode or goes completely black again. Has anyone had a similar issue ?

Probably wake from hibernate issues. Disabling hibernate and/or sleep modes might solve it.

You'd find that in the Power Plan settings in the Control Panel, easiest to just search "Power Plan". You'd then disable sleep and hibernate for whatever power plan you're using.

The problem is that I'm not really able to get into windows at this point. Since the laptop is in a sort of restart loop

I'm going to guess these are technically separate issues, where you've got some Windows corruption from hard rebooting the device too many times that was caused by issues waking from sleep/hibernate. I've seen this before.

You'll have to launch it into recovery mode and run some repairs. DISM, SFC, and chkdsk being go-to repair commands from command prompt that you can get to from the recovery environment. I've had to do this myself several times on various systems. The best way to find those is with a google search on full processes for it, definitely too much to copy+paste into a post here.
