My GPU isn't working correctly

My system is a Lenovo Legion 5 pro with a RTX 3060 and an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H. Today when i decided to play some games as usual, but I noticed that my FPS was lower by at least 50%. I have downloaded and redownloaded the new Nvidia drivers but that doesn't fix the issue. The screenshot that I have provided show the problem. Elden ring usually runs at 55-60 FPS. The weirdest part is that the GPU is being used but it the temps are way to low(on average 70-80°C). Sorry if my english is bad. If you need any more examples just ask and I'll give them. Thanks to anyone who tries to help.
