Looks decent, what is the use case?

Let me guess, are you from UK?

Decent list actually.

I would get a 650w PSU for some future upgrades in mind 🙂

There are no 'bottlenecks' to be worried about here.

The Ryzen 7600 is a fast CPU so it can easily be paired with a faster GPU later if you want to upgrade.

btw what's the use case?

What changed, well on both builds the RAM is probably different, but it doesn't matter because cheapest is the one you need.

The MB got cheaper but same performance, so you can grab it if it has all the features you need.

The GPU is a tricky thing, the Montech X3 Mesh is a wonderful Case with one big weakness, it's so small it's in some scenarios anti-budget, because some "cheaper" cards are physically longer, but can't fit in the case, so you'd have to pay extra extra for a faster card that would fit in there, which is also why the case changed approx same price.

As for the PSU, XPG Pylon is quite nice PSU, the only downside is that it might be little noisy, but I could recommend alternative PSUs if you want.

Also SSD similarly fast and save bunch.

That is, if the "saving" claims are within spec of what the price is to be true on the site, more less, if you're getting some of your original parts cheaper, than the partpicker knows about.
