Laptop extreme high temps

Go to solution Solved by Average Nerd,

It's normal for gaming laptops to run really hot, a way to reduce temps at least a bit is to raise the back of the laptop up so it sits at an angle and has better airflow, or to use a laptop cooling pad.

So basically I am very concerned about my Laptop that it will die in the next couple of months/years becuase it raises to very high temperatures everytime I play a game or do a heavy task. And now I wanted to ask in this forum if somebody knows how to cool it better or has any other tips. The first screenshot is from Overwatch today. The first three rows are MSI Afterburner and everything below are the temps of my CPU cores measured with HWInfo. My Laptop is a Lenovo Thinkbook 16p G4 IRH with a Intel Core I7 13700H and a RTX 4060. The other screenshot is from HWinfo and are the highest Temps I had during my Gaming session. I also apologize for my english because its not my Mothers Tounge. Please Help, thank you.image.png.e8f0f056a808f4f283c58aee29a24e1f.pngScreenshot2024-08-17155721.png.352a9c154e77ddcaf21185f153ef499d.png

English is not my first language, so please excuse any confusion or misunderstandings on my end, also I like to edit my posts a lot.
