Is there anything I can do to get good ping?

Power line adapters might do it,  but they are hit or miss if they even work at all, plus there not know for speed. Moca might be more stable than WiFi but Moca will have higher pings vs Ethernet, plus you need coax already ran in your home as thats the cabling Moca uses.

The only sure fire way to get the best ping possible would be running an Ethernet cable.

I live in a old home. There is a lan port in my room but doesn’t work. What should I do. There is a same port like that in my living room beside the router. That doesn’t work as either. (Photo attached)

what steps can I take to make it working again.

I cant use wifi at all for gaming.

I am also looking into powerlink adapters will they work?

Thats not a LAN port. It's for phone use. Likely RJ11 port.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

I just watched this video as you suggested it’s a phone cable. Will this work? If I try this?

No. And I'll tell you why. Most newer home they use Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cabling for phone jacks. Most time they just hook up the wires they need and go with it. Your jack and wiring looks much older, older homes used actual wiring made for phone communication. Furthermore, Network cabling works port to port. With Phone lines you can splice multiple together, which you cant do with Ethernet cabling. In order to connect multiple Ethernet cables together you need a switch or hub.
