Hello, I am wanting to build a pc for a buddy of mine. He probably wants it for gaming and school. From the little research I did looks like I should go with a amd build(amd ryzen 7600). Last time I built a gaming computer was in 2018 so I am looking for advice on parts within his budget of 1000-1100. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for all the help.

Budget (including currency): 1000-1100 usd

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Elden ring, forza, minecraft, fortnite, mainly a gaming and school computer

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 1440p monitor.
