I've been trying to contact support for a week. I got an initial response to a ticket with resolution options but after I replied there was no answer.

Later I got another message saying that the ticket will be closed due to inactivoty so I opened another one to try and get their attention - that was almost 4 days ago now and no answer.

 

 

Does anyone have any alternative way to contact them or get their attention?

 

I use Gmail and never had this issue so I don't suppose it's related to my email. There's also nothing in my spam.

Are tickets being reviewed or do we need to escalate?  I had the exact same issue where it appeared my emails back to Support weren't quite making it there.  I opened a second ticket on Saturday pointing this out but haven't gotten passed "hey nice new ticket" phase.

 

Don't want to create duplicate tickets, but also need to get resolution - Happy to go whichever path is least resistance / issue for you guys
