New Fans

I need some new case fans that meet these specs:

1. Aesthetically pleasing (red, black, or both)

2. TOTALLY silent

3. Strong air movement to keep dust from compiling

4. LED lit if possible

Chances are though, unless you're water cooling, your GPU/CPU will be louder than any "silent" fan.

Aerocool dead silence fans red.

They fit your description 100%.

However from personal experience I can say, they are not inaudible and should be mounted decoupled from your case. They have quite heavy blades so they have a very low noise frequency but they tend to vibrate, hence the decoupling.
