What are the hardware that I should upgrade in order to reach 200+ fps (or high 100+ fps) at 1080p on Rebirth Island COD-Warzone? (also appreciate having options)

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X3D

MOBO: B450M Mortar Max
CPU COOLER: DarkFlash Twister DX 240 V2
GPU: ZOTAC RTX 3050

RAM: Viper Blackout 16GB 3200MHZ

PSU: Gigabyte P650B 
SSD: 500GB Kingston Nv1 NVMe 
HDD: 1TB SEAGATE
CASE: Darkflash DLM 21 mATX

Also, I have a buyer that wants to buy my pc one I have upgraded it but I don't know how much I should sell it.

 

Would you able to estimate the price of how much I should sell it after it's been upgraded?

your cpu is pretty good doesnt need any replacement but gpu.... 3050 ? that is a big no. since you have 650w you can get away with 4060ti but i dont know price at your spot.

Also is ram 2x8 or 1x16 ?

My pc started on r5 3600 and 3050 before. I had to upgrade my cpu first since the games that I played was cpu bound, thats why i upgraded to r7 5800x3d. Now, I need help upgrading my system. I am open to replacing gpu (can be 2nd hand), ram, mobo, psu.

and Ram is 2x8gb

Sorry for delay . If you are willing to go for a long run i say replace the psu with a good big watt boy maybe a 850w unit from corsair ?  rme 850 or deep cool 1000w can be found pretty good price on sale time to time. (i use deepcool one :D) . Always go brand new on psu. never used.

For gpu if you want to go brand new : rx 7800 or 6800 check local prices and guides for better idea.

For used : rtx 3070 3070 ti 4060 4070 4070 ti 3080 rx 7800 6800 6700 6900 list goes on depending on your local pricing (here pricing is terrible sometimes more expensive than new) but always ask for testing and do good visual inspecting ! you can ask local repair shops too they are more expensive than used market but cheaper than brand new but you also get somewhat warranty.
