I am trying to install windows after a full windows corruption and i get an error “a media driver is missing this could be a dvd USB or hard disk driver” i boot from a usb stick and it just doesn’t work please help!

As @manikyath mentioned, it could be your SSD/Hdd has failed.

Go into your BIOS and see what drives its detecting. If you don't see any, then maybe try and unplug and plug in the drive. You might also want to dry a different port.

I had this issue and it usually one of three things. One - you might need intel rapid storage drivers. If you cant find driver you can disable rst on bios as well.

Second - your usb might be on 3.0 and driver might be missing of 3.0 or your flash drive might be goner. Try a usb 2.0 or a diffrent usb stick. Damage installer can give same issue.

Third  - your like others told. To test you can use bootble linux over usb with hdsentinel or other apps to check ssd.

Try these and please tell the result.

how its goin mate ? hope my post helps. Maybe drop a like or follow ? >w<

I had the same issue what fixed it for me was using a different usb drive. I suggest that if possible try a different usb drive and create use the windows media tool from a different computer just to rule out any hardware issues and use a different usb port.
