Prebuilt pc request for 700 CAD

I live in Canada and need PC for 700 cad, i play Valorant and Minecraft and need a PC that has TPM 2.0 for Valorant.

Using windows 10 or 11 is fine i don't really care. I prefer a black case but i can work with a white case.

I found some rx 580 pcs on amazon and was considering purchasing This one.

Either of these would be better choices than that RX 580 rig:

This would be better but i fear that the parts will be proprietary and that case restricts airflow

He's on a pretty tight Canadian budget, can you find a better pre-built elsewhere for the money?

Still will perform substantially better than the 9400F + RX 580 in the OP. Even if it isn't optimally cooled or proprietary. 

 

Are you against building yourself? You will probably get closer to what you are looking for but with better parts for the money.

I built a PC on a 400 CAD budget with used and new parts. I ended up with a i7 8700 and a 5500XT and future proofed case and power supply. If you want to spend less use an old workstation like I did, companies really like to give you the worst deals on low end PC's.
