Freeze & Lag Randomly

Not sure how to describe in title exactly. However more or less

My system recently for 4 days now will suddenly lag so bad I can't do anything for like 20 minutes then display will go out (sometimes) and motherboard will restart itself eventually.

Finally able to write this post. Anyone know if it could be a motherboard or OS drive? PSU even? Zip ties to tight? I don't know what could be the cause.

 

I don't get any BSOD or instant crashes motherboard will just suddenly restart in few minutes.

 

I thought it might be EXPO or my PBO (used preset and the overclocking gui in bios. Still same results the thing is ts been running flawlessly (with EXPO and PBO on) till this now. So went back to default/stock in bios and still happening.
