Hi! I am a teenager who wants to start pc flipping but I have a small budget of just over 500000₩(500usd). I live in South Korea, where pc parts are expensive due to the import fees. I would like part lists, suggestions, and more.

P.S. I may be very late with replies.

It is simple. Check the used market, take notes how much things are selling for and find people who are selling their items below the market value and obtain them before anyone else and sell them at a profit.

If PC parts are expensive new, they are expensive used. So unless you go trash hunting and have incredible luck, you are not going to get far with such low budget. Flipping for higher price would mean that your potential customers gain something besides the item. They are buying used from you, so they will be more likely to source out parts by looking for same deals with you.
