The 7800X3D isn't that hard to cool, but I'm not sure how it will fare in that NR200. But I probably would test out the air cooler first, and if you're not pleased with temps grab a 280mm later. Nonetheless, you should be fine with the air cooler though, because I believe TJMax on 7800X3D is 89°C and it's only a 120W chip.
