Tivimate?

Hi.  I am staying in a rental apartment where I was told there are a lot of channels on the tv and it's one of those services where there are channels from around the world.  The issue however is I do not know how to use it.  It's a regular tv and when you turn it on and check, it appears to be Tivimate.  But when I go and click on tv and check channels, there is no information provided on like the tvguide channel sort of.  Then if you click on the channel to play it, nothing loads and there seem to be a 404 error.  It shows 1/5 retrying to 5/5 retrying and it never works.  

 

 

There is also option of tv shows and movies and this option of unlock premium but that does not seem to do anything.  I have no idea how this works and from reading online, tivimate seem to be something to pay for lifetime or monthly?  I'm not sure but I know I was told it would work.  Does anyone here have tivimate and can tell me how to get it working?   I went to settings and tried to update this thing that starts with an EPG but it says fail to update.  I did check and there is an email account associated with it.  Anyone use this service and can tell me how I can get it to work?  There are movies and tv series you could check out as well but nothing loads at all.

Nobody here uses this program or service?  I have zero clue how to do anything as I don't even have experience with this.  I was told lot of channels but I can't get it to work.
