Keyboard inputs not going through?

Keyboard button not responding

My keyboard's right arrow key is not working whenever i press it. During games and on google it does not work. However, when I used a keyboard testing website is showed that the inputs for the right arrow key are going through. I can also use my right arrow key when putting in the pin to my computer. I have used another keyboard to see if the right arrow key works and it does not. Is it possible that this is a windows issue? Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance.
