My worries is that my system can’t handle a triple monitor and I need to upgrade something, in order to have a smooth experience

RAM usage will be a bit higher but if your not gaming on all of the monitors and just doing tasks like productivity, streaming, youtube then everything should be fine. What requires more system resources(gpu) is the resolution of those monitor compared to monitor count.

Budget (including currency):

Country: Italy

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at,

Ryzen 5 7600 6 Core / 12 Threads fino a 5.1GHz

RX 7800XT 16Gb

RAM: 32Gb DDR5 6000MHz

I was thinking to upgrade my setup with a new monitor(4k) and since I still have 400 euros in the budgets I was wondering if I could upgrade something to make the triple monitor experience be good, so my question a better cpu or motherboard could make the triple monitor setup better

Not really, its a balanced system. If youre looking to do multi monitor i would spend that kind of money on a good triple monitor stand.

Its an often overlooked part of a high end setup, having a good monitor stand makes them much more stable and easier to configure.

So if I understood correctly my system could handle it unless I try to destroy it with 3 games open at same time.

Yes since playing a single game or multiple games would require the gpu to do more rendering. Iirc you could also tell windows to run the monitors on your igpu
