What Should I upgrade?

Okay, the day has finally come, I've gone through my possibilities and have come to a few options.  I've found a few deals and some upgrades I want to do to my system.  The problem is I dont know which one(s).  You can find my specs in my profile but here are the options:

 

Replace My Asus Gryphon z87 with armour kit with Asus ROG Maximus VI Gene z87.

 

Replace My Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler with Noctua NH-U12S and Arctic Silver Clean and Polish.

 

Replace My Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO with a Corsair H100I

 

Replace My Old ViewSonic 21 inch TN panel with a 24 inch AOC IPS panel. 

 

Get Audio Technica ATH-M50X headphones. 

 

I'm really not sure what I should do.  Keep in mind I will be able to do these eventually in time but this is for an upgrade now.  Thanks in advance guys

Yea, they are only 32Ohms (i think)

Ohms is the power needed to run headphones. 32Ohms can be run by mobile devices and your on board sound.
