GPU for an old PC

So my dad has a 7ish year old Dell Inspiron 530. It has a generic 300W power supply that came with the PC, a terrible Foxconn G33M02 motherboard, Intel Core 2 Duo  E4600 at 2.4 ghz, 4GB of DDR2 (assuming 800mhz), pretty sure it's an M-ATX case, and currently a 2600xt that I would like to replace. It is running windows Vista. I know, it's a potato. He wants to play casual games like Star Wars The Old Republic, Warframe and old RPGs. What is the best fit for his "rig"? GTX 750 or GTX 750 Ti, good performance, no external power required and it's designed for this kind of situation.

Something like a 750, hell I run a 6850 in mine haha

Well, it does run on that. Just at like low settings 720p.

Warframe can run on integrated graphics in the first gen mobile i3/i5/i7 chips. I played extensively with someone who played it on a older laptop.
