What software helps make Windows more usable?

I've installed Everything, since the built in Windows search is next to useless, and I have PowerToys for window management, always on top, and powertoys run. I've also used WinAeroTweaker to get the main context menu back. What other tools are out there that make using Windows 11 a more seamless experience?

 

I've already screwed around a bit with the start menu alteration tools, but didn't end up using them since I never use the start menu anyways.
