AMD R-series APU

I came across some information that AMD is producing a second generation APU, the R-series. Does anyone have more information on this? AMD just released the Kaveri series so are these APUs going to be worth waiting for.
 
I found this info, http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-R-Series%20RX-427NB.html but nothing more, like where to buy.
