PSU question

Is the EVGA 650BP 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply a good power supply for a 256W PC or not? It costs the same as other 500W PSUs and I thought it was a good deal

 

It would also allow me to have more room to upgrade in the future
