TT knucher issue

Hi guys, i just get the Thermaltake Knucker keyboard  and i realise that my 4 number (not numpad) doesnt work while pressing spacebar + Q or W,E,R,T,A,S,D,F,Z,X,C,V.

I play WoW and i cant press 4 while moving and jumping, that so anoying, but the problem persists in others programs like notepad

 

the others numbers works perfectly

 

example: i can spacebar+J+4 , but i cant spacebar+D+4 ... it like WTF 

 

any suggestion? is a configuration issue or should i use the warranty?
