Boot LED Nightmare 


I’ve tested every single part, updated the bios on mother board, switched out power supplies, tried a new motherboard, tried different power outlets, and nothing seems to work. I’ve asked other people and they were also unsure. The only way the boot LED turns off is if I stick a usb that has windows on in it. The computer doesn’t even boot into bios. I’ve also cleared CMOS multiple times and shorted the two pins. Please help.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5500
Gpu: rx580
SSD: Kingston 500gb 
Psu: cooler master mwe 650 bronze +
Mobo: msi b550 vdh wifi 
Ram: Kingston fury beast 8x2
